Why I’m A Monthly Donor

I have been making a monthly donation to Legacy Land Trust for the past five years.

I do this because I deeply value landscape conservation and stewardship and our shared connection to this place we call home.

Supporting the work of land trusts like Legacy is an investment in clean water, wildlife habitat, working agricultural landscapes and environmental education that will pay dividends in the future.

Having worked in the non-profit sector for most of my career, I understand how critical it is for organizations like Legacy to have consistent sources of revenue coming in throughout the year. For the cost of a meal out each month, I do my small part to support Legacy’s financial viability.

My donations are automated with CanadaHelps.org through Legacy’s easy-to-use donation form—this ensures all my tax receipts are in one place when it comes time to file.
